By submitting my photo(s) here, I hereby grant National Nail Corp. (collectively, "National Nail") and CAMO Fasteners the right to use any photographs, testimonials or images of me and my deck for the purpose of promoting CAMO and any other National Nail products. National Nail has the rights to use my picture, silhouette and other reproductions of my likeness and voice in connections with any format in which my appearance may be incorporated, including, but not limited to, any advertising materials or commercials. National Nail may edit my appearance as it sees fit. National Nail has all right, title and interest in any and all result and proceeds from said use or appearance.
The rights granted to National Nail hereunder are worldwide, perpetual and include the use of ay videotaped, photographed, filmed footage, testimonials or other images of me and my deck in any and all mediums (all or part of such footage may be shown), including, but not limited to all forms of television and all forms of home video and photographs, whether now known or hereafter invented.
I understand National Nail will incur substantial expense in reliance of this release. I hereby waive the right to any other form of compensation. By submitting my photos here, I agree that I have read fully read and understand the terms.
